You can now buy AudioTeleporter once
AudioTeleporter now has perpetual licences: pay once, keep it. Basic with 5 listeners, Pro with 10 or 20, lossless included. From €99, upgrades pay only the difference.

Since the start, AudioTeleporter has been a subscription: a few euros a month for more listeners and lossless audio, cancel whenever you like. That is still there and it is still the cheapest way to try the paid tiers. But a lot of you told me the same thing: you would rather pay once and be done. So now you can.
Three licences, same tiers
A perpetual licence is the same Basic or Pro you know, paid one time, with no renewal. Updates are included. I kept it deliberately simple:
- Basic, 5 listeners, Opus 256 kbps: €99.00 once.
- Pro, 10 listeners, lossless FLAC: €199.00 once.
- Pro, 20 listeners, lossless FLAC: €299.00 once.
The 10-listener Pro is new. Plenty of people want lossless for a small room, a producer and a handful of collaborators, and paying for twenty seats to get it never sat right with me. Now you do not have to. In the plug-in it works exactly like Pro: the Lossless option unlocks, and the listener counter shows your cap.
Upgrades pay the difference
Start with Basic and outgrow it? Upgrading to either Pro licence costs the difference between the two list prices, nothing more. The amount you already paid is taken off on the checkout page, so Basic to Pro 20 is €200.00, not €299.00.
Already subscribed? You will not pay twice
If you have a subscription today and buy a licence, two things happen at once. The unused part of your current billing period is taken off the licence price, shown as its own line before you pay. And your subscription ends on the spot, so there is no second bill and nothing to remember to cancel. If you are three months into a yearly Pro plan, the nine months you have not used come straight off the price.
You can also step down. A Pro subscriber can buy Basic or the 10-listener Pro, with the same credit, and the account page shows what you would give up before you pay.
Why both?
Subscriptions fund the relay servers month by month, and they let you try the paid tiers for the price of a coffee. Perpetual licences are for people who know they are staying. Pricing them at a few years of the yearly plan felt like the right middle: good value if you use it for years, and enough to keep the servers running for you when you do.
The plug-in itself has not changed. There is nothing to update, no new version to install. Your licence lives on your account, the plug-in reads it the next time you sign in, and that is that.
